Because it leads to true inner joy, freedom, and peace.
If you’re here, it’s likely that you have recently experienced some kind of painful shock — a loss, failure, crisis, or rupture.
While they can happen at any time, midlife in particular often presents us with shocks that momentarily wake us up from an unconscious, reactive state of being. When this occurs, we can either:
Face the fear, anger, grief, and shame that have been running us unconsciously, finding authenticity and inner peace on the other side.
Or we can continue to live lives of “quiet desperation” numbing, distracting, conforming, performing, isolating, or simply failing to live to our fullest potential.
Most people stay on the second path. And as a result, they continue to find themselves living lives that validate their unconscious beliefs, trigger unintegrated emotions, and cause suffering.
But as you begin to bring awareness to your unconscious beliefs and unprocessed emotions, you free yourself to be fully, authentically you in the world. And that changes your entire life experience.

The world is in crisis because people are not doing this inner work. For the wellbeing of people and our planet, there is no other more important or urgent task than self-realization.
Until we do this inner work, we are generally reacting from unconscious wounding or patterns. And even when well-intentioned, action born out of reactivity tends to be performance and perpetuate destructive cycles.
As we become aware of and integrate the unconscious parts of our psyche, we begin to see things more clearly and respond with greater wisdom, creativity, leadership, and love.

I do not follow any particular set of beliefs or teachings. By testing different things, I have learned what works for me. And different things have worked at different times. I do have a consistent morning and evening breathwork practice. I take very good care of my body, do bodywork, and am committed to good sleep habits. I study and practice a variety of different systems and methodologies. You can learn more here.
Ultimately, I am devoted to cultivating presence, love and awareness in everyday life and to supporting others who want to do the same. -

Not everything that works for me will work for you, but I will not recommend a service, approach, or experience that I have not yet personally tried. I will always give a balanced assessment so that you can make the right choice for you.
